TESCO - The Eastern Specialty Company ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "TESCO Turdo Tester" (the "App").  
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

### 1. Information We Collect
The App requests permission to access your device’s camera and, in some cases, storage.  
- **Camera**: Used solely to capture photos and use it for recognizing barcodes.  
- **Storage** (optional): Aplication does not store photos on the phone and keeps it temporary for recognizing barcodes.
- **Location** Application uses phone's location to store it (coordinates) in meter's site information when user makes a test.

We **do not** collect, store, or transmit any images, videos, or other personal data to our servers or to any third parties.

All photos and videos remain exclusively on your device unless you manually share or export them.

### 2. Data Storage and Security
All data created in the App (photos, videos) is stored locally on your device.  
We have no access to this data and cannot retrieve it.


### 3. Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising services, or SDKs that collect personal information.

### 4. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective date" above.
